Pius Onyewuchi Agbaraji was born in Nsukka, Nigeria, on September 3, 1984, to Late Chief and Lolo D. A. Ugwoh. He is the 6th child of his parents. Pius began his education at St. Jude Primary School, Amuzi, graduating in 1996. He continued his secondary education at Community Secondary School Amuzi before transferring to Madonna Senior Secondary School for Science, Etiti, where he thrived in the boarding school environment and excelled in academics and extracurricular activities, including representing the school in inter-school soccer competitions and quizzes. He credits the dedicated teachers and principal Sir Ihezie for his success in the WAEC/NECO examinations in 2002. Driven by ambition, Pius gained admission to Imo State University in 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Microbiology in 2007. While awaiting his National Youth Service, he worked as a secretary at Matoos Jug Poultry Farm in Port Harcourt. During his NYSC year in Cross River State, he was posted to the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital (NHIS section) and served as president of the football CDs. His dedication to sports earned him a Certificate of Recommendation from Governor Liyel Imoke in 2010. After his NYSC, Pius pursued professional development, completing safety courses at the Nigeria Institute of Safety Professionals (Levels 1/2). After his NYSC, Pius developed an interest in starting his own football business, which officially began in the year 2014, located in the city of Umuahia, Abia State. In 2021, he got married Mrs Joy Okaolamma Pius. He is currently a proud entrepreneur and the CEO of Skillfull P. Sport Shop.
