Chima holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Material/Metallurgical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri. For his passion for continuous improvement, He has professional qualifications and certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and UMUTT. Chima is currently engaged at McGhees Bakery United Kingdom, where he continues to leverage his engineering expertise in a new sector, contributing to the quality control processes within the food manufacturing industry. He previously worked at Hydrodive Nigeria Limited, where he served as a Project Engineer. In this capacity, Chima managed several projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and while maintaining operational protocols. Chima also worked at West Atlantic Shipyard, where he was instrumental in supporting quality control operations within the shipyard.
